Integrated Manufacturing Solutions on Display at AMB 2026

DN Solutions and Heller are going to be showcasing their consolidated advanced manufacturing know-how at AMB 2026 in Hall 10, stand 10A31/32.

The joint exhibition will feature integrated manufacturing solutions with machine tools, automation, and digitalization as well as AI-driven technologies to enable future-ready manufacturing. It is worth noting that the stand will showcase live machining demonstrations, with a focus on advanced machining technologies as well as integrated automation.

In addition the integrated manufacturing solutions, Heller will also be displaying the HF 5500 horizontal-spindle mill-turn centre when it comes to high-precision, 5-axis complete machining and also the F 6000 5-axis mill-turn, perfect for heavy-duty cutting and deep cavity machining along with the production of large, intricate parts. Within the Heller Technology Area itself, visitors can discover application skills, enhancement of digital manufacturing, and intelligent support solutions, such as the AI-based chatbot Ask.me.

Also on display will be service offerings so as to maximize machine availability, scalable automation ideas, digital twins, and the Heller Services Interface along with the myHeller customer platform. With workpiece instances from a wide range of industries, the joint expertise of DN Solutions and Heller will be demonstrated in the field of effective, adaptable, and high-quality manufacturing, right from prototype manufacturing and single-piece machining to high-volume series production.

DN Solutions will be presenting the DVF 5000, a compact 5-axis vertical machining centre so as to machine small-to-medium-sized workpieces requiring advanced, multi-sided machining and that too in a single setup. It will feature an AWC – automatic workpiece changer—a proprietary, compact pallet automation system.

Also on display is going to be an integrated DN Solutions DNX 2100 SB with RoboJob automation to create a high-productivity cell for high-mix, low-volume, or continuous-run manufacturing. Achieve true lights-out, unattended machining in machine shops by combining a full-featured multitasking turn-mill machine via flexible robotic part loading/unloading.

The exhibit will include an SMX 3100 S multi-function turn-mill centre having a sub-spindle, a B-axis milling head, and a tool magazine; a DNM 5700 3-axis vertical machining centre for job shops that are dedicated to prismatic plate work and pocket and surface milling; and a PUMA 5100 LYB, which is a rigid, heavy-duty CNC turning center that has an extended bed featuring a Y-axis and milling capabilities for heavy-duty stock removal on large and long workpieces. Hence, the range of machines covers applications – right from intricate multitasking machining to heavy-duty turning as well as standard production.

Another emphasis will be on smart manufacturing. DN Solutions will showcase AI-based technologies, digital tracking and analytics, and consulting solutions that enhance quality, service, and production optimization. Connecting machines, data, and digital services enables manufacturers to acquire greater understanding of their processes while also boosting efficiency and productivity
