Foxlink has acquired Alliance Gateway 17, which is a 147,780-square-foot industrial property located at 4600 Alliance Gateway Freeway in the AllianceTexas development.

The facility will be transformed into an advanced manufacturing plant to support surface mount technology – SMT production as well as final assembly, testing, and packaging – FATP operations. The project will deploy AI-enabled robotics as well as intelligent automation across the entire production process.

The company said manufacturing activities are anticipated to begin in August 2026, and the operation aims to facilitate future production growth.

AllianceTexas Grows Advanced Manufacturing Base

Foxlink selected the Fort Worth location due to transportation connectivity, availability of workforce, and close proximity to the expanding advanced manufacturing sector of North Texas.

It is well to be noted that the AllianceTexas development is about 27,000 acres and is a significant logistics and industrial center. The site is home to over 600 businesses and is still continuing to draw manufacturing investments, such as projects in artificial intelligence infrastructure as well as rare earth magnet manufacturing.

The new Foxlink operation is projected to create some 900 jobs when the facility hits full capacity of production.
