Under its motto #SealingTheFuture, at IFFA 2025, SEALPAC will present its latest
machine generation in the tray-sealing segment. At the example of the A6max
traysealer, the universal application possibilities of the entire Amax-series are
underlined. Whether it concerns traditional fresh and processed meat items, or
innovative products based on alternative proteins, any SEALPAC Amax traysealer
will package them reliably, safely, and with the utmost precision.
From denesting through transporting to sealing, the SEALPAC A6max demonstrates
maximum process reliability. Sophisticated technology ensures that no compromises on
quality are necessary, even with high cycle speeds and frequently changing packaging
formats. This applies to conventional as well as to modern concepts, such as plastic
reducing packaging solutions with excellent recyclability.
Precise, fast, and safe in every production step
Depending on the application, the A6max seals up to 120 trays per minute with a
consistent high quality. The reliable servo drive and integrated EnergyManager, which
efficiently controls energy consumption, ensure a smooth packaging process with
significantly less consumption of compressed air. Thanks to the intelligent iMode control,
the A6max flexibly adapts to changes in production conditions, for example with regard
to tray in-feed. This ensures a continuously optimized production process with increased
line speed. The Amax-series has been designed for lubrication-free operation, which
minimizes maintenance requirements and reduces operating costs in the long term.
Maximum flexibility, even without changing tools
A key feature of the SEALPAC A6max is the ability to handle a wide variety of packaging
solutions. Its pioneering ‘plug & pack’ design makes it particularly interesting: within a
defined format, different trays can still be reliably processed without any tool changes.
This makes the traysealer highly attractive for companies with varying product ranges
or high demands on efficiency and diversity. In addition to standard trays, contemporary
packaging solutions with reduced plastic usage, such as eTray®, FiberWise™, and
ultra-light trays, can also be applied.
The eTray® system combines a sturdy cardboard tray with a thin plastic insert that can
be easily separated after use, making it ideal for fresh meat products. FiberWise™ relies
on pulp-based trays made from recycled cardboard, which are coated with a thin plastic
liner that does not impair recyclability. Ultra-light trays are characterized by their
extremely low material usage and weight. All of these packaging solutions comply with
modern regulations on minimal resource consumption and optimal recyclability that
affect delicate foods such as meat or meat alternatives. This allows for the optimal
packaging concept to be selected for every product.
Future-proof solutions for a wide range of products
At IFFA 2025, the SEALPAC A6max demonstrates how modern packaging technology
can meet the increasing demands for cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability.
“Its compatibility with various materials, as well as its intuitive operation and reliable
performance, make the A6max traysealer the ideal solution for companies looking to
expand their product portfolio while simultaneously positioning themselves for the
future,” explains Marcel Veenstra, Marketing & Communications Manager at SEALPAC.
